Taejin takes guests on a Korean culinary journey of 8 of the most authentic dishes in Israel.

During the hospitality, Taejin explains the dishes she serves and shares her life story, which makes the dining experience special and unique.

We will celebrate International Chaine Day with a Fine Fish Workshop, an experiential, practical and theoretical workshop, full of knowledge, techniques and precise flavors, led by Chef Anne Glasberg

We will dive into working properly with fine fish: cutting, balancing seasoning, flavor and texture combinations and subtleties that make the difference.
